Out of the starting gate....

Zack woke with a start. 'Today is the day...' He thought to himelf as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes. He got dresses and skipped over the piping hot breakfast his mother had laid out for him.

"Bye, gotta go to the lab!" He said over his houlder, running out the door and down the street. He got there in ten minutes without stopping. he walked up the path and knocked on the door of the lab, waiting for someone to answer.

[Prof. Palm]

One of Prof. Palm assistants opened the door. "Ah, yes. Come on in." He guided the new trainer to Prof. Palm. He stood up and greeted the boy. "So, you've come to pick up your pokemon, uh? Good, good." He looked at his comutper which listed the trainers that were resgistered to see him that had not yet shown up. This trainers name was Zach. "Ah, Zach. Yes, your pokemon that you choose just arrived before you came." He picked up a pokeball off a tray on the table. "Here you are." He went to his desk and picked up a Pokedex and a Poketech. This is your Pokedex and your Poketech. These will help you on your journey. I wish you the best of luck."

Zack took them with a smile. "Thank you Professor," He turned and left the lab to start his journey.
